About the role: As Youth & Community Project Worker your role is to create a safe, inclusive and engaging space for young people and the wider community. You will work closely with the Youth & Community Project Manager and other Project Worker to develop, deliver and evaluate youth and community programmes within our Community Hub which support project aims, meets funding requirements and aligns with YMCA Trinity's core values. In this varied role, you will interact with members of the public as Youth & Community Programmes, including: digital hub, community fridge, Youth Club, creative programmes, advice & guidance, in-school outreach and life & career skills. This post is 21 hours a week and core working hours will be 12-7pm Tues/Weds/Thurs, with flexibility expected during school holidays. Deadline is 27th April at 9am.
