Job Summary

Punch is launching a paid Youth Board and we’re looking for ambitious, thoughtful creatives aged 18–27 to join us.

Job Description

Punch operates at the intersection of music, culture, education and social impact - delivering major cultural projects while developing the next generation of creative artists and leaders across Birmingham and the West Midlands. Our Youth Board brings together emerging talent to help shape how Punch works with and for young people.

- Contribute to organisational decision-making
- Ensure our programmes and communications connect with young people across the West Midlands
- Review campaign plans and generate new ideas for social and digital content
- Influence youth programmes and discover how opportunities are created
- Attend monthly meetings and selected music & cultural events across the UK
- Feed directly into senior leadership - with two representatives of the Youth Board attending Punch's Board of Directors meetings

This is an opportunity to create work at a professional, large-scale level.

Youth Board members are paid for their time and have meaningful input into real decisions about what Punch puts out into the world.

Youth Board Members will be paid £13.45 per hour, in line with the UK Living Wage Foundation.
