Job Summary

Chart the development of Eden Arts’ 2026–2031 strategy. Lead structured consultation, gather insight and analyse evidence to support the creation of a clear, ambitious and funder-ready plan that strengthens our role in culture, community and place.

Job Description

This is a rare chance to shape a strategy that won't sit on a shelf - real, lived, people-centred work that listens deeply, makes sense of complexity and turns real voices into a clear, compelling direction for the next five years.

Eden Arts is seeking a Strategy Navigator to support the development of our 2026-2031 Strategic Plan. You will help create a clear, ambitious and funder-ready framework by gathering insight, leading focused consultation and analysing evidence from across our organisation and partners.

Your work will include reviewing Eden Arts' achievements and challenges to date, designing and delivering targeted engagement with staff, trustees, artists, young people, audiences and stakeholders, and translating findings into strategic priorities. You will also help ensure alignment with Arts Council investment principles, local and regional place-shaping agendas, and wider sector best practice.

We are looking for someone who brings strategic clarity, excellent communication skills and the ability to turn diverse input into a usable, forward-looking plan. You should be confident working independently, facilitating productive conversations and balancing creativity with rigour.

This is an opportunity to help define the next chapter of Eden Arts and its role in culture, community and place.
