Shop Manager & PA working closely with the world-renowned milliner Stephen Jones within his company Stephen Jones Millinery.
We are looking for a Shop Manager & PA to join our team at Stephen Jones Millinery. We are based in the heart of Covent Garden and you would be working with the world-renowned Milliner, Stephen Jones. You would be a key part of a small team working with various fashion brands and you would have the sole responsibilities of all retail needs within the company, Stephen's diary and his travel. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, numerate and be able to work in autonomy and with initiative within a small team.
Prior experience within a fashion or arts retail environment Customer facing experience with a variety of clients Must be proficient with various transaction programs. A working knowledge of Photoshop & Microsoft office Knowledge of fashion or dressmaking. A basic knowledge of millinery would be useful.
Running both the physical and online shop at Stephen Jones Millinery Liaising with customers, high profile clients and designers for various orders and events Working closely with Stephen Jones on his outlook diary & general day to day activities Creating stock orders for each season and ensuring shop is sufficiently stocked Maintaining schedules for the collection and for all orders Creating content for both online and Instagram Taking charge of maintenance for the building
