This is a multifaceted role requiring both creative vision and practical coordination- from the early stages of concept development and funding strategy through to the day-to-day logistics of production and delivery. The Producer will be a genuine creative partner to the Artistic Director, invested in the work and its impact as well as the operational infrastructure that makes it possible. This is an initial 6 month freelance engagement, approximately 1 day per week, with a genuine expectation of extension and growth as the company's funding and ambitions develop. - Support the shaping of a landmark funding bid that will take a large scale, commissioned, residency-supported immersive installation into its full realisation, a multifaceted programme beginning in 2027
- Support the production and delivery of two current commissioned and funded touring works, bringing joyful, inclusive sensory theatre to children and families across the UK
- Build and steward meaningful relationships with venues, funders and partners who share our vision
- Shape the financial architecture of the company, building budgets that make ambitious work possible
- Work in close creative partnership with the Artistic Director to drive the company's strategic vision forward
- Play a key role in shaping the organisational and business model that will take The Blanket Fort Club toward its next significant chapter.

Experience producing or touring non-conventional, immersive, inclusive or family-facing performance work
A genuine passion for work that centres children with SEN and their families
Confident and rigorous with budgets- able to make limited resources stretch without compromising ambition
Experience of community-embedded, participatory, co-created work
Comfortable building relationships with schools, local authorities and community partners
Comfortable working in a small, innovative company where roles are fluid and initiative is essential
A broad understanding of the funding ecology- including trusts, foundations, earned income and partnership models alongside ACE
