You can read the full Job Description below but the key areas are: Programming: working with the core Creative Crawley team, you will drive the curation of the summer, autumn 2026 and winter 2027 seasons leading to the National Festival of Play in partnership with Hemingway Design in summer 2027. Logistics: you will oversee the delivery of all events working in partnership with the Associate Production Manager and technical teams to deliver all aspects of the events on time, safely and to budget. Communications: you will work closely with the Comms Team to ensure the projects reach our target audiences and connect with the diverse and eclectic population of the town. Fundraising: you will work closely with the Co-Directors to raise the resource we need to deliver the programme. Budget Management: you will know how to manage budgets of up to £150k with flair, flexibility and attention to detail.
