We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to lead Fluid Motion’s marketing and communications. This role will oversee our marketing activities, brand development and audience growth across our creative hub programme, outreach events and fundraising activity.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic part time (22.5 hours per week) Marketing Coordinator to lead Fluid Motion's marketing and communications. This role will oversee our marketing activities, brand development and audience growth across our creative hub programme, outreach events and fundraising activity.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving audiences to the hub, raising the profile of our work, and helping more people discover the creative opportunities we offer. You will shape how Fluid Motion is positioned locally, regionally and nationally, ensuring our voice is bold, clear and aligned with our mission to improve mental health and wellbeing through creativity.

This is an exciting time for the charity, with major National Lottery investment supporting our work over the next five years. This role will ensure our marketing campaigns are as engaging, imaginative and curiosity-driven as the experiences people have when they walk through our doors, helping us build deeper connections with our communities and inspire the next generation of participants.

Job Requirements

Essential
- Previous experience in a marketing role
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
- Experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print and face to face)
- Experience creating and/or commissioning engaging assets for print and digital channels
- Experience using Squarespace (or similar CMS), Mailchimp and Canva
-Experience coordinating print marketing materials and distribution
- Experience working with partners or stakeholders to amplify marketing campaigns
- Well organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of brand, tone of voice and audience behaviour, ideally within a cultural, community or visitor-focused setting.

Desirable
- Marketing experience within an arts, cultural or health charity
- Understanding of marketing strategies and tools
- Experience building community partnerships or local promotional networks
- Experience running Meta Ads

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across core programmes, events and fundraising, from concept through to evaluation, ensuring they are on time, on budget and aligned to organisational goals.
- Use audience insight and data to refine future campaigns.
- Create engaging digital content for social media and Mailchimp, maintaining consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with freelance creatives where needed.
- Oversee print marketing, including design and distribution of posters and flyers, coordinating staff and volunteers to maximise reach across the community.
- Build and maintain partnerships to increase visibility, equipping partners with promotional materials and identifying new opportunities to grow audiences.
- Maintain and update the website and online platforms, ensuring accurate information and strong SEO performance to improve discoverability and reach new audiences.
