Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated and organised Management Assistant to provide primarily administrative support to our leadership team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the design industry and opportunities to grow while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder and Chief Executive.
- Manage a complex diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating business and personal travel.
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel documentation.
- Coordinate the Founder's personal and family commitments alongside business priorities with complete discretion and confidentiality.
- Process expenses, invoices, and credit card reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prepare, edit, and format client proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation to a high standard.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure presentation materials and project information are accurate and delivered on time.
- Act as a key point of contact between the London office and Achille Salvagni Architetti in Rome, coordinating meetings, documentation, and communication.
- Coordinate with the Achille Salvagni Workshop in Rome regarding the production, logistics, shipping, and inventory of limited-edition design pieces.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the London gallery as required.
- Respond proactively to changing priorities, resolving scheduling and logistical challenges efficiently.

Key Attributes

- Must be fluent in Italian and English.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work calmly under pressure.
- Flexible to occasionally work outside standard business hours to support international operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom.

Job Requirements

- Authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
