You'll be responsible for preparing and operating a range of technical equipment, providing first-line maintenance, and supporting the setup and delivery of events in our world-class venues. The role will also include supervising technical operations during shifts, acting as a key Duty Technician, and contributing to the upkeep and development of our technical infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity for early to mid-career technicians with strong sound or lighting experience looking to expand their skillset across disciplines and gain high-level experience in a busy, artist- and client-facing environment. The Person You'll have relevant professional experience in technical theatre or live events and be confident in your core technical specialism (live sound and/or lighting). You should have a good knowledge of current control equipment and a willingness to learn across technical areas including AV, broadcast, and stage management. You should be a reliable team player, comfortable working independently and under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to problem-solve and adapt on the fly.
