This varied role combines executive support, administration, accessibility, fundraising, finance and project coordination within a small youth arts charity. Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's diary, meetings and schedule. Essential Skills Experience fundraising for a charity, particularly trusts and foundations. Desirable Experience working with young people. Additional Information Applicants must be UK-based with the right to work in the UK. An enhanced DBS check is required. The role includes pro-rata annual leave and a 3% pension contribution. Ideally, the eight weekly hours will be worked across Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, although some flexibility is available. Job Description
Hours: 8 hours per week + 52 hours per year ad hoc travel
Location: Remote, UK-based
Contract: Part-time, permanent (subject to a six-month probation period)
Provide accessibility support, including reading inaccessible documents, proofreading, formatting and describing visual content in meetings.
Draft emails, letters and other communications.
Take meeting notes and minutes.
Maintain databases and shared records.
Support budgeting, financial administration and fundraising, particularly trusts and foundations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum three years' experience in administration or project management.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Outlook and Word).
Experience creating budgets and using QuickBooks or similar software.
Ability to anticipate accessibility needs.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and discretion.
