About the Role

Event Production Manager (Conferences)

You will oversee the technical production of conferences and corporate events, working closely with Kings Place Events (KPE) to deliver market leading, commercially successful experiences for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the technical delivery of conferences and corporate events
• Advising clients and internal teams on production feasibility, logistics and creative solutions
• Preparing and communicating all production information for events
• Managing budgets and driving revenue through up selling technical services
• Ensuring events are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard
• This role suits someone with strong commercial awareness, proven sales experience, and excellent technical knowledge across lighting, sound, AV and stage management

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who:

• Have relevant experience in production or event management
• Are confident problem solvers with initiative, diplomacy and strong communication skills
• Can manage multiple short and long term tasks under pressure
• Are flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and early mornings when required

For the Event Production Manager (Conferences):

• Demonstrable commercial focus and sales experience
• Experience creating and managing budgets
• Excellent understanding of technical production for corporate events

Although this role has a specialist focus, you will occasionally work across the other areas of production (Concerts) as part of a collaborative team.
