Supporting the design and making of puppets, props, and set elements Preparing, maintaining, setting up, and clearing workshop materials and tools Assisting artists and facilitators during workshops and participatory projects Maintaining organised and safe workshop and studio spaces Supporting the care, repair, and storage of creative resources Assisting with studio relocation and setup Rate of pay: 200 hours at £14.80 (London Living Wage)
PERSON SPECIFICATION Essential: You must live in Islington for this role Strong interest in design, crafts, or making Enthusiasm for hands-on practical work Organised and detail-focused Proactive and reliable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable: Experience in theatre, studio, or community arts settings Skills in 3D making, textiles, woodwork, or model-making Interest in puppetry or theatre design Basic knowledge of design software
