Overview of the Role:
We are looking to recruit a Deputy Visitor Services Manager. This is a key role, working closely with the Visitor Services Manager & Site Operations Lead, leading the Visitor Services department and linking with local & wider departments.
As Deputy Visitor Services Manager you will be skilled at both management and at an operational level. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the alignment of a department, with a focus on membership sales, team culture and an exceptional visitor journey.
