The post is based at Soft Touch's premises at 50 New Walk, Leicester LE1 6TF.

Job tasks
- Develop, operate and maintain administrative systems to support our Creative Studio sessions, including:
- Referral Management: manage incoming referrals to Soft Touch Arts including schools and other support agencies, referring young people for alternative arts sessions;
- Creative Studio operations admin: manage bookings, and co-ordinate session timetables for staff and young people in liaison with schools and other support agencies, ensuring risk assessments etc are updated and shared;
- Project/session booking diary (Team-Up): to manage contact for young people referrals from schools, families and others into our projects;
- Safeguarding: support our co-director to adhere to statutory safeguarding processes.
- Support the back office finance and human resources functions including:
- Finance: managing petty cash, collating purchase invoices for authorisation and chasing outstanding invoices, processing staff timesheets and hours for payroll;
- Human Resources: provide HR administration support as central contact for HR workflow i.e., chasing references, flagging probation period and supervision deadlines, as well keeping up to date staff and freelance records.
- Liaise closely with Soft Touch co-directors and staff and respond flexibly to their requirements regarding project
- Carry out correspondence on behalf of the company as required.
- Attend team and company meetings as and when required.
- Liaise as necessary with outside organisations or individuals as requested by the company.

- Undertake any other work as may be reasonably expected by the company or management board.

2.1 Experience of a range of software and different systems; including email, spreadsheets and word processing.
