- Ad-hoc short check-ins via email, text or voice note to support planning and prioritising tasks.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate creative workloads, access needs and fluctuating health.
- Occasional in-person support for shows, meetings or events
- Get experience in the music industry and/or in community organising.
- Have access to a strong creative network and potential opportunities within the music industry and/or the London queer scene.

- Help organising travel and logistics for shows, meetings and events.

- Experience supporting an artist, business owner and/or self-employed person
- Experience working with access rider, or disability support roles
- Familiarity with arts admin, event coordination or project management
- Interest in music, content creation or community organising
- Comfortable travelling occasionally to shows, rehearsals or events
- Sense of humour, warmth and curiosity
