This includes upcoming residencies, a premiere, touring presentations and reporting to ACE. Confirmed presentation venues are ACCA in Brighton, and other high profile arts venues in the UK. - Coordinate with Production Coordinator on travel and comms
- Lead team meetings, set agendas, manage tasks in Asana
- Maintain internal comms via Discord and other platforms
- Manage relationships with commissioners and partner venues
- Confirm logistics, schedules, fees, and deliverables
- Oversee scheduling and timetabling
- Support budget tracking, finance admin, and reporting
- Liaise with partners, lead artist liaison, and team management
- Maintain documentation and support fast problem-solving
- Plan contingencies, manage H&S, line manage key roles

- Proven experience in producing/managing complex arts, games, tech, or live performance projects
- Strong organisational skills: managing logistics, schedules, and team workflows (remote/in-person)
- Confident with financial management: budgeting, Xero, and ACE reporting (esp. over £50K)
- Excellent communicator: liaises well with artists, partners, funders, venues-even under pressure
- Works independently and collaboratively, both remotely and in person
- Proficient with Asana, Google Drive, Discord; adaptable to new digital tools
- Experienced in team leadership: line management, meetings, onboarding, and knowledge sharing
- Understanding of immersive/mixed-reality project demands
- Experience with touring/residency models and multi-venue logistics
- Knowledge of access planning and inclusive, wellbeing-focused practices
