We provide creative programmes that support mental health and wellbeing, and our caf is a vital part of our fundraising and volunteer development work. We are seeking a Cafe Supervisor to lead and inspire our volunteer team, many of whom are gaining experience to help them into employment. This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience in hospitality who is passionate about community impact, good food, and excellent customer service.
