The Gregson is a community space where people come together for a pint, a coffee, a conversation and a whole variety of activities. From daytime gatherings to busy evenings of live music and festivals, our Caf Bar is at the heart of it all. You'll work alongside our staff and volunteers, serving customers, helping keep the Caf Bar running smoothly and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who comes through the doors. Finding the right person matters most to us. You don't need previous hospitality experience to apply - we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, good people skills and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you'll be someone who: * Enjoys meeting people and providing friendly, welcoming service. * Is reliable, enthusiastic and happy to get stuck in. * Works well as part of a team. * Is comfortable working in a busy environment. * Has an interest in creativity, community life and what makes the Gregson special.
