Job Title: Bookings Administrator (Part-Time)
Hours: 2 evenings per week - Wednesday & Thursday, 5:00pm-9:30pm
Rate: £13.85 per hour
Location: Sands End Arts & Community Centre, Peterborough Road, Fulham.

Sands End Arts & Community Centre (SEACC) is a vibrant, inclusive hub in the heart of Fulham, dedicated to enriching the lives of local people through creativity, connection and community. We support artists and charities with free and low-cost space to help make their projects a reality, alongside running our own workshops, events and drop-in sessions including health and wellbeing activities, intergenerational projects and seasonal celebrations.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Bookings Administrator to manage enquiries and bookings for our venue. This part-time, on-site role involves handling phone and email enquiries, securing bookings, and identifying new hire opportunities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for locking up the building at the end of the evening.

Overview:

  • £13.85 per hour

  • Part-time, evening hours - Wednesday & Thursday 5pm-9.30pm

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly & professionally to phone and email enquiries about venue hire.

  • Maintain accurate records.

  • Proactively seek new hire opportunities and promote venue availability.

  • Provide excellent customer service.

  • Work on-site during shifts and be responsible for securing and locking the building at the end of the evening.

Job Responsibilities

Person Specification:

  • Previous administrative, customer service, or bookings experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills over phone and email.

  • Proactive and able to identify and pursue new opportunities.

  • Reliable, responsible and comfortable working independently on-site.

  • Basic IT skills, including using email and booking systems.
