Assistant Producer - Inclusive Talent Engagement, Somerset House

We are seeking a forward thinking and collaborative Assistant Producer to coordinate the operational delivery of radical and connective programmes which support the next generation of creatives to develop critical consciousness and confidence. We are creating the conditions for regenerative futures, this role will be pivotal in delivering equitable, innovative programmes which enable more young people to thrive as artists, makers, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders. Our creative pedagogy aims to amplify youth voice and enable new narratives where young people become agents of change rather than passive recipients.

You will coordinate, support the delivery and continuous improvement of Upgrade Yourself Festivals, Takeovers and Monthly Sessions. You will collaborate with the team to feed into our Upgrade Yourself Digital Series and support elements of Paul Hamlyn evaluation programme.

You will collaborate with the Inclusive Talent Engagement Producer to draw from the energy and expertise of Somerset House's creative community, Somerset House's cultural programme and the wider sector to shape programmes that are accessible, relevant and culturally responsive. You are passionate about the leadership and lived experience of young people and hold equity as a core value within your work. You are passionate about collecting impact measurements to ensure programmes remain evidence-led, and responsive to the needs of underrepresented young people.

You will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and be confident in managing a wide and varied operational workload. You are a confident team player and strong collaborator, with a proactive approach to your work along with an adaptable and solutions focused mindset.
