Multi-Story Orchestra is seeking an Artistic Director to lead our next chapter! After 15 years, our Co-Founder and Artistic Director, Kate Whitley, will step down in early 2026. We are now seeking a Artistic Director who will have a unique opportunity to forge Multi-Story's future, overseeing the creation of youth-led music spanning soul, R&B, classical and choral. Job Description
We typically work Tuesday-Thursday in the office and value face-to-face collaboration. We are open to discussions about flexible and compressed hours (core hours of 10am-4pm are being piloted). Some evening and weekend hours are required, with time off in lieu.
28 days per year, plus bank holidays, pro rata.
