Management accounts up to TB
Payroll for 2 venues
VAT for 2 venues
Income reconciliation daily from Spektrix box office system and EPOS
Bank reconciliations
Month end control accounts reconciliations and reporting

Reporting to: Chief Accountant
Hours 20-25 hours per week on site in Southsea, can be flexible on how hours are worked across the week, to suit the right candidate
Permanent role
Might be scope to increase hours in the future depending on workload.
Pro-rata to £30,000 - 36,942 DOE

Must have:

Experience in accounts role
Payroll experience
VAT experience

Desirable but not essential:

AAT or similar qualification
Cultural exemption experience
Experience of Xero accounting system
Box office system income reconciliation experience
Management accounts and reporting experience
