Job Description

We are seeking a Producer and Development Lead to work closely with our director, to work across all aspects of our company building resilience, systems and income that will help us realise our creative vision for the young people in our community. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, efficient and a creative 'out the box' thinker. In this role, you'll build financial resilience for Threefold through fundraising and
developing other income streams, supporting partnerships, engagement and outreach work, and contributing towards artistic work that creates life changing opportunities for young people in our community. We are looking for someone who can take the lead within their role and help us move into the next very exciting stage of our journey.

This is for someone who:
- Has a deep investment in young people and the arts
- Takes initiative and makes things happen
- Is confident in their written communication skills
- Is able to build relationships quickly and genuinely and enjoys working with a wide mix of people
- Is professional, organised and dependable
- Wants to help build and run a youth theatre

Job Requirements

Location: Bristol, Easton Community Centre
Hours: 1-2 day per week - potential to extend
Flexible hours across Wednesday- Fridays
Term time only

Job Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a 'Swiss army knife role'. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn along side our existing team and get involved across all aspects of our work. The Producer and Development Lead would contribute towards

Producing: Planning and developing projects, managing budgets

Partnerships: Develop partnerships and connections with other organisations

Fundraising: Preparing and submitting bids to charitable trusts and foundations.

Outreach: Support outreach and engagement strategies
Communications and impact: Work with families and young people to facilitate a co-created community space ; steering groups, feedback forms, and community events

Creative: Involvement in shaping and supporting projects and groups.
