About the role
As the Young People's Digital Platform Manager, you will support, stimulate and facilitate user engagement with the Roundhouse Young People's Digital Platform (the Platform), lead on the development of creative learning content/programmes and ensure that the Platform remains a safe space, free of judgement for young people to gather, collaborate and learn.

You will be the voice of the Roundhouse for the Platform community, formulating and implementing a platform communication strategy and processes designed to stimulate engagement and ensure that the platform is a safe space for creative expression, collaboration and learning.

In association with the Digital Platform Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of robust safeguarding and moderation policies and procedures.

You will deliver information and insights from the community and their engagement with the Platform to the organisation to support safeguarding, compliance, evaluation and continual improvement.

This role is being offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract.

Job Responsibilities

Who we are looking for
We're looking for someone with experience managing communities on private or public networks/platforms and who is pro cient in digital content production work ows, IT, CMSs, and content moderation systems.

You will have strong project management skills, an understanding of safeguarding, working with young people and the current arts and cultural education landscape.

We're also looking for proven skills in budget setting and financial reporting, and expertise in community platforms and content moderation, ideally with some knowledge of the UK Online Safety Act (OSA).

You will also share our commitment to GDPR, equal opportunities and inclusive practice.
