We're expanding our pool of musicians and tutors for our Make Music Weekend School and are looking for people to help shape inspiring musical experiences for children and young people aged 4 to 18. Our programmes are rooted in the belief that music belongs to everyone. We centre young people's interests, identities and ambitions, working across musical styles without hierarchy, and taking an inclusive, learner-centred approach to everything we do. You'll deliver engaging, inclusive and inspiring music sessions across a range of programmes, from first musical experiences to advanced training for young people with exceptional potential. You might be working 1:1, in small groups or with ensembles, supporting young people to develop their skills, creativity, confidence and love of music.
