Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Tour Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a passion for live events and comedy, and an interest in marketing. You will play a key role in coordinating tours, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects across the team.
The successful candidate will be a proactive team player, confident working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
Desirable Skills

Experience using Master Tour or similar touring software
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube, and other social media platforms
Familiarity with Canva or other design software
Understanding of the UK live comedy circuit
Experience working directly with talent

Additional Responsibilities

Be available to attend shows and events to gain insight into productions and build relationships with artists
Review new and emerging talent and provide feedback to the team

Job Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as Google Workspace, particularly Gmail
Ability to work under pressure and with interruptions
Passion for and knowledge of the comedy and live entertainment industry
Answer incoming calls, manage enquiries, and take messages
Welcome visitors and assist with meeting room setup and refreshments
Handle incoming and outgoing post and general office correspondence
Support the day to day running of the office and general administrative duties

Job Responsibilities

Tour Coordination:

Collect and analyse sales figures, prepare reports using Excel, and resolve sales related issues
Process and manage guest lists
Liaise with venues regarding show setup, technical requirements and logistics
Assist with the preparation of show details, tour books, and production information
Book travel and accommodation for artists and crew, working closely with tour managers
Submit PRS declarations for tours
Maintain and update touring records, venue details, and contact information
Marketing Support, working with venue marketing teams and external providers
Coordinate announcements of tours across platforms
Assist with print design, promotional materials, and distribution
Support social media activity, advertising, and content updates
Be proactive with marketing using sales reports and updating press reviews
