We would like someone who is great on detail and confident in their abilities to deliver a range of events and projects. Above all, the Take Part Officer needs to be a skilled communicator and relationship builder, keen to work with the people of Chipping Norton and those from a huge range of backgrounds.

It would be a possible role for those well established in the industry already and also those just starting out; we would be happy to shape the role around either.

We have also just opened our new building (Pop Up Studios) for regular use by the Take Part team. Take Part creates a huge array of participatory activities and programmes, reaching out to all corners of our community. Rivaling the output of many much larger theatres and arts organisations, the department engages with 280 people each week, providing regular weekly classes and workshops for children, early years, adults and older people, as well as holiday activity schemes and class workshops in schools.
