At our Croxley Green branch, the Studio Operations Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining an organised, welcoming and inspiring studio environment for both students and the teaching team. The role ensures the studio runs smoothly behind the scenes by managing stock, preparing teaching resources, maintaining operational systems and supporting the Branch Manager with day-to-day studio operations. This enables our teachers to focus on delivering exceptional lessons and supporting students' long-term artistic development. Working Hours & Schedule: School Holidays (14 weeks/year): The same number of hours will be worked Monday to Friday, between 9am-5pm, with the exact daily schedule varying according to the needs of the studio. Salary Starting Rate: £13.22 per hour Post-Probation Rate: Increases to £13.70 per hour upon successful completion of your probation period.
