  • A genuine enjoyment of creating structure, order, and efficient systems
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar
  • A warm, friendly, and confident communication style when dealing with customers and students
  • Experience working with luxury brands or high-profile clients (highly desirable)

  • Professional, reliable, discreet, and trusted with sensitive information

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as main contact for clients and students from enquiry to completion.

  • Deliver warm, friendly, and professional customer service via email and phone.

  • Coordinate workshops, classes, and courses: schedules, bookings, attendee lists, instructions, and follow-ups.

  • Manage day-to-day customer orders, confirmations, queries, and delivery updates.

  • Organise team calendars, schedules, job allocations, and freelance coordination across projects, events, and workshops.

  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring all operational details are accurate and deadlines are met.

  • Prepare and issue call sheets, contracts, and briefing notes for team members.

  • Create, issue, and manage client invoices; track payments, chase overdue balances, and reconcile accounts.

  • Maintain accurate financial and operational records, spreadsheets, and reporting.
