The role will involve regular visits to our centres to capture photos and video of classes, rehearsals, performances, events and behind-the-scenes moments. You'll create content for platforms including Instagram & Facebook, with a particular focus on engaging Reels, Stories and short-form video.
Key responsibilities:

Write engaging captions and create relevant campaigns
Keep up to date with social media trends and new content ideas

Promote enrolment, open days and new classes
Work closely with the Jigsaw team to develop creative ideas
Monitor engagement and help grow our social media following.

We're looking for someone who is creative, confident and full of ideas, with a genuine passion for social media, photography and video. You should love working around children and young people and be able to capture their personalities, confidence and creativity in a natural and positive way.
You'll need to be organised, reliable and comfortable working independently across multiple locations. Your own camera and lighting equipment are essential, and experience with video editing and creating social media content is highly desirable.
A driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be a significant advantage due to travel between our Watford, Bushey, Hendon and Harpenden centres.
