SINGING TEACHER.

SATURDAY MORNINGS @ Sale High School, 9:45-1:PM - 36 weeks per year.

£22 per hour starting rate, negotiable for more experienced candidates.

Job Summary

- To have a wide range of knowledge in Musical Theatre.
- Deliver warm ups and teaching sessions to students of different ages and levels of ability (between 7-18 years).
- To be able to provide appropriate materials where necessary, such as sheet music, lyrics and suitable backing tracks.
- To plan your lessons well in advance.
- You MUST be able to 'stage' pieces as well as teach singing.
- Where necessary to offer individual coaching and advice to students in the area of singing.
- To prepare songs in popular music and musical theatre pieces for various productions and shows.
- To prepare students for LAMDA examinations.
- To write student reports and inform parents/guardians on how their child is improving and what they need to focus on to maintain progress.

We offer high quality training to 7 -18 year olds, we are a multi award winning stage school and have been established for 14 years.

We are searching for the best, inspirational, diverse SINGING tutors. Must have skills in teaching to a non singer right up to the most confident singers!

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Enhanced DBS check
At least 1 year experience
At least College diploma
Minimum education level - BTEC, Level 3, A Levels
