> Passionate about theatre and/ or other art forms
> Experience of producing small scale theatre productions and/or other art forms
> Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook
> Ability to organise and prioritise, work well under pressure and adapt to new situations with accuracy and attention to detail
> An approachable and diplomatic communicator with those at all levels
> Capable of diplomacy and discretion, demonstrating professionalism with a solution-focused approach
> Ability to act on own initiative and motivation
