Are you our next? Box Office Manager - Oversee ticketing operations, manage box office staff, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for festival attendees. Salary: £30,000, per annum, pro rata Fixed-term contract: 23rd February to 18th June 2026 Talks & Sessions Programme Coordinator - Support the planning and delivery of talks, panels and industry sessions, working closely with speakers, partners, and internal teams. Day rate/fee: £100 per day, total fee £6300 Contract tenure: 63 days Senior Production Coordinator - Play a key role in the technical and logistical delivery of festival events, coordinating schedules, resources, and production teams. Day rate/fee: £110 per day, total fee £7590 Contract tenure: 69 days Volunteer Coordinator - A volunteer coordinator at Sheffield DocFest manages, recruits, and supports volunteers, ensuring they are organized and engaged to help the festival run smoothly.
