You will lead the delivery of our Audience Development Plan, with a particular focus on growing and diversifying physical audiences, including families and young adults. Working closely with agencies and internal teams, you'll deliver high-profile exhibition campaigns, drive paid digital activity, oversee website, ticketing and audio guide strategy, and strengthen Serpentine's brand as free and open to all. You'll also play a critical role in reporting impact to senior stakeholders, trustees and funders, ensuring insight drives continual improvement. To thrive in this role, you will bring significant experience in audience development, branding and marketing within a cultural or public-facing organisation. You will have a strong grasp of digital marketing, advertising and content strategy, alongside the ability to translate insight and analytics into clear, effective action. A confident communicator and collaborative leader, you'll be experienced in managing people, agencies and partners, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders clearly and persuasively. Strong expertise in brand strategy. Proven examples that have resulted in demonstrable increases in reach, visibility and recognition. Ability to develop and manage complex partnerships with agencies, media owners and cultural partners. In-depth understanding of the digital landscape, with experience in content production and effective digital advertising campaigns. Grow & Diversify Physical Audiences: Deliver the existing Audience Development Plan, with specific focus on increasing engagement among families and 18-25-year-olds.
