Senior Audio & Immersive Programme Producer, Sheffield DocFest

The Audio & Immersive Programme Producer is a unique and exciting role at the heart of Sheffield DocFest's year-round programme, shaping how documentary storytelling reaches audiences through audio, immersive and emerging forms. The postholder will lead the development and delivery of the Audio and Alternate Realities programmes, including the curation and production of the acclaimed Alternate Realities exhibition.

Working closely with the Creative Director and teams across programming, industry, partnerships, production and operations, the postholder will curate ambitious work, develop relationships with artists, creators, industry and partners, and bring projects from initial idea through to festival delivery. They will play a key role in developing new partnerships, writing funding bids and building the programmes' profile and reach
throughout the year.

Combining creative curation with hands-on production, the role connects artists, partners, industry delegates and audiences, creating space for bold ideas and new approaches to documentary storytelling. The postholder will help shape a distinctive programme that is international in outlook, innovative in approach and exciting for audiences to discover.
