Are you a hospitality enthusiast seeking a new challenge? Join our vibrant team as a Red Coat Butler and help us create unforgettable experiences for our customers during the bustling festive season. This position is part of our diverse Hospitality Team and is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for service. Working at the world-famous London Palladium, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment, making magical memories for our guests at this most enchanting time of year.

We are recruiting for Red Coat Butlers to work all performances of the pantomime from Saturday 6th December 2025 to 11th January 2026 (the full performance schedule is available at LW Theatres).

Successful candidates will also be required to attend mandatory training on Wednesday 3rd December, Thursday 4th December and Friday 5th December

Salary: ÂŁ16.30 per hour, minimum 3.75 hour call per shift (30 hours)

Job Requirements

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Delivering Exceptional Hospitality: Welcome and host guests enjoying our hospitality packages, ensuring every interaction is personal, engaging, and memorable.
  • Supporting Smooth Operations: Help ensure the Hospitality and Show Experience runs seamlessly, efficiently, and to the highest standard, maximising income opportunities while maintaining an exceptional level of service.
  • Excellent team morale: Foster a positive, motivated, and inclusive team environment that inspires colleagues to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Communicate proactively with the Hospitality Experience Manager, theatre management, Head Red Coat, Hospitality Hosts and the wider Front of House team to ensure consistent and coordinated service delivery.

Previous experience working in hospitality, within the arts or entertainment industry

Basic Health and Hygiene knowledge
