The role… Are you a team player with a passion for hospitality and supporting others? We're looking for Hospitality Hosts to join our vibrant team and help deliver extraordinary guest experiences at the iconic London Palladium during the Christmas Pantomime, Sleeping Beauty. Working closely with our Red Coats Butlers and the Commercial Hospitality Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our hospitality service runs seamlessly from welcoming guests and assisting with service to keeping our bars and lounges well-stocked and beautifully presented. We are recruiting for Hospitality Hosts to work all performances of the pantomime from Saturday 6th December 2025 to 11th January 2026 (the full performance schedule is available at LW Theatres). What You'll Be Doing… Supporting Excellence: Work alongside the Red Coats to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality hospitality operations throughout events and performances. Preparing and Restocking: Assist with set-up and restocking of bars, fridges, lounges, and service areas before, during, and after shows. Welcoming Guests: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, assisting with wayfinding and supporting the Red Coat team in seating and service delivery. Delivering with Care: Prepare, collect, and deliver drinks, snacks, and merchandise to Red Coats or guest areas as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintaining Presentation Standards: Keep all service areas clean, tidy, and organised, ensuring a professional and polished environment at all times. Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with the Head Red Coat, Red Coats, Front of House and Hospitality Experience Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience. Confidence working both independently and under direction, with a positive attitude toward feedback and growth. Previous experience in hospitality, bar support, or commis/waiter-style roles is advantageous.
