Description

Job Description

Cox London is seeking a confident and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the heart of the Pimlico Road Design District. This is a unique opportunity for a polished and proactive sales professional to represent a studio dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship, sculptural design, and timeless British artistry.

You'll be the face of Cox London in our Belgravia showroom - guiding private collectors, interior designers, and international clients through considered, design-led sales journeys. With an in-depth knowledge of the high-end interiors market, you'll build long-term relationships, convert leads into significant orders, and champion our mission to create extraordinary pieces of lasting beauty and quality.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-touch, high-value sales environment and has the confidence to close deals between £5,000 and £100,000+. Ideally, you'll come from a background in collectible design, fine furniture, lighting, or contemporary art, and understand the nuance of selling with elegance and integrity.

This is more than a sales role. It's about storytelling, curation, and becoming a trusted guide to our clients on their creative journey with us. You'll work closely with our creative and production teams to ensure what we make reflects each client's vision while championing Cox London's values of originality, craftsmanship, and integrity

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a client-facing sales role within the luxury interiors, collectable design, or art market.
  • Proven ability to close high-value orders and exceed £1M+ sales targets.
  • Natural confidence, warmth, and emotional intelligence in client interactions.
  • A keen eye for quality, detail, and design.
  • Strong organisational and administrative discipline.
  • Excellent presentation, proposal, and IT skills (Microsoft Suite, CRM, Adobe Photoshop).

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert qualified leads, exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Build lasting relationships through thoughtful, knowledgeable communication.
  • Present tailored proposals and quotes with clarity and visual excellence.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle - from enquiry through to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
  • Deliver client meetings both in-person and virtually, onsite and offsite.
  • Represent Cox London at marketing events and host private tours of our North London workshops.
