HBA Art seeks a commercially driven Sales Executive to grow our presence across the UK and Europe. Based in London, you’ll lead strategic outreach, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with global teams across Asia, the Middle East, and the US.

Job Description

As a Sales Executive at HBA Art, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development across the UK and European markets. You'll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales campaigns.

This is a commercially focused, client-facing role that requires confidence in presenting ideas and services, a structured approach to outreach, and a data-driven mindset. You will be expected to manage your pipeline using CRM tools, report regularly on performance, and continuously refine outreach strategies based on market intelligence and campaign results.

Based in London, you will be part of our founding European team, working closely with colleagues across Asia, the Middle East, and the US. Occasional travel and regular attendance at networking events will be expected.

Job Requirements

Business Development & Outreach
Identify and pursue new opportunities across hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors in the UK and Europe
Develop structured outreach strategies including prospecting, campaigns, and events
Build and manage a CRM-based pipeline, tracking interactions and conversions
Research market trends and client needs to inform targeting
Lead intro meetings and deliver tailored presentations to clients

Campaigns & Sales Strategy
Collaborate on targeted sales campaigns and client segmentation
Support creation of sales collateral aligned with messaging
Attend industry events to build visibility and generate leads
Track KPIs and campaign performance, contributing to planning

Collaboration & Conversion
Work with Consultants to convert leads into projects
Support tenders and proposals tailored to client goals
Coordinate with global teams to share insights and align outreach

Job Responsibilities

Skills & Competencies
Strong commercial acumen and value-based selling in creative services
CRM proficiency (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
Confident presenter with strong communication skills
Passion for art/design and awareness of market trends
Natural networker with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organised with experience managing campaigns and reporting
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across global teams

Qualifications & Experience
BA in History of Art, Fine Art, Business, or related field
1+ year in sales, business development, or client-facing role in creative industries
Fluent in English; other European languages a plus
