Safeguarding & Wellbeing Officer, Education for Industry Group

We are seeking a Safeguarding & Wellbeing Officer to play a key role in supporting the wellbeing, safeguarding and success of our students across the Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy.

We're looking for a compassionate and proactive professional with experience in safeguarding, pastoral care or student support. You'll provide frontline wellbeing guidance, support vulnerable learners, act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), and work closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure students thrive both academically and personally.
