As a Relationship Manager, Music, you will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and experience of the music sector. You'll have a focus on building, empowering and enduring relationships with a portfolio of funded organisations, and helping to develop the music sector in the north to maintain its vibrant, innovative and diverse range of opportunities. The North is home to a wide range of music organisations across all music genres. Part of this ecology is a well developed classical music and opera sector with a number of long established world class symphony and chamber orchestras, a world class opera company and associated talent pipelines. New opportunities for growth are promised by English National Opera's new base in Manchester. We are looking for someone who can contribute to this important area of practice You will also have a good understanding of the cultural sector in England and of the current challenges and opportunities facing it, and excellent skills in collaboration, influencing and advocacy, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
