We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, with experience in working with clients in the Gulf and Arabic language skills a definite advantage, and culture sector / audience research experience also a big plus.

Job Description

Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract (employed, UK) or freelance engagement (UK/global)
Hours: Full time or part time, by agreement.
Location: Fully remote or based in Manchester, UK (hybrid working)
Salary: GBP Fixed term contract £37k to £44K per annum (FTE). Or Freelance engagement - competitive day rate negotiable depending on experience.

Knowledge of market research, audience strategy or visitor evaluation would also give you a flying start.

Job Requirements

You're an organised and experienced project manager who turns complex schedules and deliverables into clear, actionable workflows.
You bring excellent organisational, leadership and stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to plan and coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams, manage budgets and contracts.
You'll have a proven ability to remain decisive and adaptable under tight client deadlines or shifting project parameters.
You bring calm clarity to fast-paced environments, love bringing people together and know how to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
You step forward to identify potential issues and find solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Timetable, planning and budget excellence
You will set up, monitor, and manage the master project plan, schedule, and budget.
By anticipating risks and tracking milestones closely, you will make sure the project is delivered efficiently and profitably from start to finish.

Client liaison
A confident communicator, you will be the calm, clear face of MHM for the client team. You'll handle day-to-day communications, manage timelines and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed as the programme progresses.
You will be key in managing change and challenges, working closely with the project lead and client to resolve issues.

Team coordination
You will manage getting things done across our specialists and external partners, ensuring everyone has what they need to deliver top-tier work on time.
