Job Summary

Annie Mawson's Sunbeams Music Trust in Cumbria are looking for a Full-Time Project Co-Ordinator to administrate, coordinate and support the delivery of Community Music Therapy through Sunbeams' Music for Life & Music for Dignity at Sunbeams Music Centre, Outreach Venues and Online.

Job Description

The Music for Life and Music for Dignity programmes are for disabled and disadvantaged children and adults of all ages. The role is based at Sunbeams Music Centre, Stoller House, Redhills, Penrith, CA11 0DT.

Enthusiasm, a flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team are essential. The hours are standard 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, however occasional events and weekend work is required and this time will be taken back in accordance with the our TOIL policy. This is not a work from home role.

Job Requirements

To administrate, coordinate, and support the delivery of all Sunbeams Music for Life and Sunbeams Music For Dignity Projects for disabled and disadvantaged children and adults in Cumbria to ensure their successful delivery at the Sunbeams Music Centre, in Outreach Project Venues and Online.

Job Responsibilities

Beneficiaries: Main point of contact for all beneficiaries, families and carers. Send weekly project reminders, coordinate sessions and maintain attendance registers across all venues.

Musicians: Manage bookings, project diary and scheduling. Collate invoices, ensure DBS checks and timely completion of feedback/evaluation forms.

Volunteers: Coordinate volunteer support across projects, track expenses and ensure DBS compliance.

Administration: Organise venue bookings, manage beneficiary database, maintain session registers, liaise with Chief Executive on project delivery, and keep policies and procedures up to date.

General: Manage social media (Facebook & Instagram), DBS checks for all staff and trustees, support fundraising events, and assist with IT, website updates and centre supplies.
