This is a fantastic opportunity to work with nationally and internationally significant collections across our unique portfolio of sites-including the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Museum & Art Gallery, The Booth Museum of Natural History, Preston Manor, Hove Museum of Creativity, and our offsite stores. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in delivering major initiatives like our Culture Change and Dynamic Collections Review Projects, helping us shape a more inclusive, relevant, and sustainable future for our museums. You'll work closely with Curators to embed inclusive practices in collections management and help uncover and share the complex histories behind our diverse collections and historic buildings. Your practical experience in collections care-handling public enquiries, inventorying objects, updating databases, processing digital images, and publishing online content-will be essential. You'll also collaborate with our Conservation team on regular care and maintenance tasks, including gallery upkeep, condition checks, and storage improvements. Experience with loans, transfers, and disposals is a plus, as we continue to rationalise our stored collections. To apply for this role, please visit our website.Job Summary
