Working within a small growing consultancy, this is a highly hands-on role offering broad exposure across all areas of the business. You will support across all stages of the business from beginning to end: researching artists or suppliers, developing proposals for prospective projects and supporting with the administrative onboarding of new projects or clients. You will support the business ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget through administrative oversight of schedules and budgeting, including issuing and tracking invoices.
You will work closely with and support the founders, contributing to day-to-day operations, project delivery, and organisational development. The role requires a proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment.
The role includes some onsite work outside of regular work hours (installation and deinstallation) and occasional travel to installation location and supplier studios.

Carry out online and desk-based research to support project concepts, creative ideas, and project delivery
Update project plans, tracking key milestones in Monday
Work on presentations in Canva, incl. sourcing high-quality images, copy-writing, developing site maps, annotating images
Collate artist materials, incl. photo / bio / CV / artist statement / quotes for press
Support with administrative deliverables across projects, incl. statements of work (SOW), agreements, schedules, estimates, budgets, invoices
Attend internal and external meetings as required; issue agendas, draft meeting notes and track updates
