You will work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, volunteers and the local community to develop engaging experiences that bring the Mansion's history to life and contribute to Vision's wider cultural offer. The role is predominantly based around daytime working hours, however, occasional evening, early morning, weekend and bank holiday working will be required to meet the operational requirements of events Develop and deliver a varied programme of events and activities throughout the year. Support the development of the Mansion as an arts, cultural and heritage destination.
Identify opportunities to increase visitor numbers, generate income and secure external funding.
Lead on funding and grant applications to support programmes and activities.
Manage event and activity budgets, ensuring effective monitoring and value for money.
Work with Marketing colleagues to promote the Mansion, events and activities, including through social media.Job Responsibilities
