Job Description
Supporting the Productions and Events Manager, the postholder will coordinate the operational delivery of PQA's West End experience and other HQ-led productions and events, ensuring they are well organised, effectively communicated, compliant, safe and focused on providing an outstanding experience for students, families and the wider PQA network.
The role will coordinate schedules, administration, licensing, communications and production and event requirements, as well as playing a hands-on role in the on-site delivery of productions and events. Working closely with colleagues, Principals, venues, production teams and external partners, the postholder will
help ensure events run smoothly and provide a high-quality experience from planning through to delivery.
The Productions and Events Coordinator will also support Principals with the resources, guidance and practical information needed to deliver high-quality productions and performance opportunities within their own academies, as well as supporting the development of new performance opportunities and
collaborations for students across the network. Job Requirements

Knowledge of the productions and performance industry.

Coordinate administration, staffing, scheduling, performance requirements & communications for PQA productions, performances and events.
To play a vital, hands-on role in the on-site delivery of PQA productions and events, including the West End experience, annual conference and Stage and Screen events, working with colleagues,
production teams and venues
To create & maintain guides, training materials, processes & admin resources for Principals participating in West End performances, providing guidance and responding to queries.
Coordinate licensing requirements for West End performances
Communicate with parents and families as required
Contribute creatively to PQA-produced opportunities and to research, coordinate and support additional production and performance opportunities for students
