Job Description

Reporting to the Production Arts & Drama Administration Manager (Programmes), you will provide high-quality administrative support to academic staff and students across both departments. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a busy, creative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting academic timetabling and programme administration.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and managing data with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries.
  • Managing programme documentation, final-year promotional materials, and complimentary box office arrangements.
  • Overseeing bookings for travel, events, and hospitality.
  • Leading on the maintenance of databases and key communications platforms.
  • Ensuring smooth coordination of learning materials and financial processes, including procurement and invoicing.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to a wide range of enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and sensitivity.
