Producer Reading Rep Theatre Permanent, full-time £40,000 to £45,000 per annum DOE Reading Reading Rep Theatre is looking for a Producer to join us at an exciting moment in our development. We are a young and ambitious producing theatre with a growing body of our own work and a pipeline of bold projects, including in-house productions, co-productions, new writing, festive shows, visiting work & touring. This is a senior producing role for someone who can take a project, run with it, and hold both the detail and the bigger picture. The Producer will help lead the delivery of Reading Rep's producing slate, working closely with the Executive Director, Artistic Director, General Manager (Productions), Head of Finance & Administration, Head of ENGAGE, Marketing, freelance company & creative teams. Hours: 35 hours per week, excluding lunch Working pattern: Some evening and weekend work will be required. As this is a salaried role, overtime payments do not apply; however, working patterns will be managed flexibly wherever possible to reflect production needs. We are looking for an experienced theatre producer who is organised, collaborative and confident managing complex projects, budgets, timelines and relationships. You will have experience of delivering professional theatre productions, working with artists and creative teams, and building strong relationships across a range of partners and freelancers. You will be practical, calm under pressure and able to keep projects moving, while also contributing thoughtfully to the artistic life of the organisation.
