Description

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced producer to join Tiny and Tall Productions for a 15-month maternity cover. This is a flexible, part-time role that would suit someone balancing a portfolio career or other producing work.

Job Description

Tiny and Tall Productions is seeking an experienced Producer to join our ambitious Bristol-based theatre company on a 15-month maternity cover contract.

We make imaginative, high-quality theatre for children and families, combining storytelling, puppetry, music and visual theatre to create joyful, accessible experiences for intergenerational audiences.

Working closely with our Artistic Director, the Producer will play a central role in developing and delivering our programme, from creative development and production through to touring, while overseeing budgets, freelance teams, venue relationships, funding and project administration.

This is a flexible part-time role (12 hours / 1.5 days per week), typically with one day in person in central Bristol on Thursdays and the remaining hours worked remotely, making it well suited to someone with a portfolio career or other producing commitments.

Contract starts week commencing 12 October 2026.
